The Santander Planning Secretariat wanted to show Santander's development plan in a clear, precise and very illustrative way, with the inclusion of children and adolescents as the main factor. The best solution was to create a series of characters who would narrate in story form the goals, objectives and projects that the Government of Santander will develop in the department.
